Shipping Information and Rates
EYI ships products throughout North America and also provides fulfillment of
orders through its Hong Kong office. We have teamed with the North America's
leading delivery providers for fast and reliable service at your door.
We place all orders immediately upon receipt of payment and orders are
transmitted to our distribution centers for shipping the following business
day.
All orders entered into our system after 7:15pm PST are transmitted to our
distribution center with orders processed the next business day. The order is
then processed by the distribution center and given to the courier on the
second business day. Day 1 of the shipping service begins when the package is
given to the courier.
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing all orders prior to shipping.
Shipping within the US (Federal Express)
8% - Ground, 5-10 business days
10% - 3-Day Select, 4-6 business days
15% - 2-Day Express, 3-4 business days
All shipments to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and Virgin Islands are subject to
10% shipping rates and shipped FedEx Air service.
Shipping within Canada
6% - Canada Post, 5-10 business days
8% - Can Par, 5-10 business days
Delivery times will vary depending upon location. Orders to small centers or
remote locations may require extra shipping time. In addition, extreme weather
conditions may cause delivery delays. If you are unavailable when the courier
attempts to deliver your package the driver will leave the package providing
they feel it is a safe drop location.

$2.50 handling fee is applied to all orders.
A minimum shipping charge of $4.00 will apply to each order $50.00 and under.

Track your Order
Before we ship your order, we assign a Tracking Number to each parcel of the
shipment. If you are a member of EYI, you may track your shipments yourself on
the delivery service provider's website. Tracking Numbers will be posted in
your back office on your Order History screen. Simply select "Back office
Login", enter your user name and password, and select "My Business / Previous
Orders" from the top tool bar. The tracking number will appear after each order
listed if available. Use the Tracking Number provided to track your order on
our couriers website.

best to help. If, for some reason, we are unable to ship your complete order,
we'll ship the items which are available and the balance of your order will be
shipped upon availability.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
If you'd like to have us ship items to more than one address, no problem! Just
submit a separate order for each address.
Order Cancellation
Please call Customer Service 1-866-582-4579 or send an e-mail to
helpme@eyi.us to check the status of your order. If your order has been
shipped, we cannot cancel it. You may return new unused products to our
warehouse facility, pre-paid, within 30-days from the purchase date. All
returns must be pre-authorized by Customer Service. Processing fees may apply.
Damaged, Defective, or Undelivered Product
If product is damaged or defective, you are responsible to contact the Company
within fourteen (14) days from the purchase date. We will issue a call tag for
the product and send a replacement. Please do not discard any product and/or
packaging from the shipment until instructed by customer service. EYI will
inspect the undesirable product upon receipt.
In the event that a shipment does not arrive at the address specified for the
order or your order is incomplete you must report to Customer Service that the
product was not received. We ask that these reports are made within fourteen
(14) days from the purchase date.
